Item 8.01 Other Events

On May 8, 2023, ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared the Company’s Investigational New Drug (IND) application for PMN310 for Alzheimer’s Disease. PMN310 is a novel monoclonal antibody which is designed to be highly selective for toxic oligomers of amyloid-beta that are believed to be a major driver of Alzheimer’s Disease. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
