(“Glass Lewis”) have each recommended ProMIS shareholders (“ProMIS Shareholders”) vote “FOR” all the proposed resolutions at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) to be held on May 12, 2022 at 9:00 am PT.
